Pollution Inventorization, Assessment and Surveillance on River Ganga Basin (PIAS) overview
NMCG sanctioned ‘PIAS’ (Pollution, Inventorization, Assessment & Surveillance on River Ganga) project to CPCB on 29th March, 2011 for a period of five years at project cost of Rs. 34.77 crores, vide order No. – A- 12012/9/2010-NRCD-II for extensive monitoring & priority action for pollution control.
